All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds:

  • Full refund if cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice

  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, a full refund or new time slot will be offered
